Does anyone know how to resolve the above error message?

@ccunnido Hi!  This can be caused by one of the following: 

1. Value in the import file does not match the list Item Code from Employee Hierarchy Source List.
2. Invalid value provided in Custom 21 field (column 42) within 300/305 record employee import file.
3. Item Code in the import file does not exist in the Source List.

• If the list item is found, make sure that the exact Item Code is used in the import file, then re-import.
• If the list item is not found, add it to the list, then re-import the file.

Make sure that when you are updating fields you are using the item code, not the name of of the list item.
