How does one prompt a reminder email to the approver for a pending report?

I think you could do this (only for Professional edition)

Go to: Administration->Expense

Go to: Email Reminders-> Rules tab

Go to: Email Reminders-> Emails Reminders tab

Associate the reminder to the rule

Concur Expense: Email Reminders (Expense - Professional/Premium edition)

unfortunately, I don't see these options on my view....

I'm the submitter, trying to prompt a reminder email to my manager.

You can enter the report and send the report to your boss with a comment.

And your boss will receive this email with your report attached

@pfarber when you submit a report, your approver is notified immediately that the report is in their queue. If they do not approve the report after a certain amount of days, the system will remind them. Once you submit, there isn't anything you can do in SAP Concur to send your approver a reminder. You would need to email them or send them an IM.
