APP password

Good afternoon,

I was able to reset my password via the laptop but I am still unable to log in to the APP. Need help please.

@Parra1971 the app should use the same username and password you have set up for the web version. 

 

Do a hard reset of your phone. If that doesn't work, uninstall the app, then re-install it.
