travel profile

Employees can't see their full profile in Concur.  They can only see name only.  Why can't they see their full profile?

@jomckenzie is this still an issue for them? Did they try signing in using a different browser? Are these new users? Were these users able to see their full profiles previously, but now they cannot?

In the employee's travel profile, the name portion of the profile is grayed out and therefore cannot put in their correct name that matches their ID.  This will become a problem when booking flights and their name on the ticket does not match the ID when they go through security.  This affects his travel and unable to do his mission requirements at a remote work site.

Likely you have an employee feed that updates your employee profiles. with this there are settings that may be enabled in the site to restrict the profile updates so there is full parity with your internal HR database. You will need to open a support case with Concur or with your TMC (depending on who manages your Concur relationship) to determine if that field can be changed and allow the name field to be edited.
