change flight

I have been trying to reach someone via phone but I have been on hold for over an hour. When I try to change it online it says the e-ticket has been disabled. Please let me know if you can help

@adefilippo who did you call that put you on hold? Was it SAP Concur? Your company's Travel Agency? A specific airline? 

 

Where you trying to change your flight on SAP Concur or on an airline website? 

 

I'll await your replies so I can better assist you.
