Changing a flight in Concur Travel

I go to make a change in Concur travel and it brings up the box but it is grayed out and wont let me change the cities or dates. Could this be a pop up blocker? My TMC is helpful and they can see the box to change but why isnt it working for me?

In our company, changes must always be made through the TMC.

@lmuus based on what you described my somewhat highly educated guess would be your company turned of the Post-ticketing change feature for travelers. Hence, it is grayed out. This feature makes it so all changes go through the TMC, which could explain why it isn't grayed out for them.
