Flight Changes Post Ticketing

We have had two reports of users attempting to change the return portion of a ticket in Concur post ticketing.  They select the new return flight they would like to change to but there is no option after selection to continue with the change or confirm through the normal flight booking steps.  Is anyone else having this problem?  We have seen it with both DL and AA tickets, both domestic.

@SuzanneMush Post-Ticketing change is a site setting that must be turned on. Most likely this isn't on. I did look at one of your US Travel Configurations and saw that the Allow post-ticketing flight changes is set to "do not allow".


See if you can follow these steps if you want to enable the setting:

  1. Administration > Travel System Admin > select travel site from list
  2. Company Travel Configuration > Scroll down to Wizard Options
  3. Enable Allow post-ticketing fight changes > select 'Concur Web'
  4. Scroll down > click Save
