Trips booked thru Concur no longer migrating to Delta App

My last three trips booked thru SAP Concur have failed to migrate over to my DELTA Mobile app and Delta acct.  I need to look each trip up via Confirmation # to get them added now.  Did something happen that could have unlinked the accts? Anyway to check?

@cjmcde I don't believe there were any updates that would have changed this. Did you check with your company's travel agency?
