I have a similar question, which may also help fangpingzhuo here. If we need our staff to have journey management plans in place, what tools or features could they use where they can document what trips they regularly take, and as part of that say what routes they then plan to travel and what stops they will make. This needs to be uploaded somewhere and approved/reviewed by a manager. Do you have a tool for that available within Concur?

@JJD Hello!  We do that Request, which is used to get approval for booking travel.  I am not sure what Journey Management Plans are, but as I said our Request tool is used for what you are describing.
