Server busy while booking airline travel

For several days, I have received the following error message while attempting to book airline travel: 

"We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request.
The server is busy. Please retry your request in a few minutes."
I am unable to book any travel. I'm from Emory University.

@mhartwi when these types of issues occur, best thing to do is call your Travel Agency directly to get your booking done if it is of some urgency. I haven't seen any outages for our Travel tool, so I'm not sure why you would be getting that message.
