Getting schedules and fares stuck in "Processing"

I have attempted to book travel for the last couple of days and continue to get stuck in "processing" while it searches for schedules and fares. Please advise

This has happened yesterday and today for me as well; the F12 Console in Google Chrome is giving a JavaScript Error "500 Service Unavailable."
