@VW824 have they made you a delegate or a travel arranger? These are not the same. If they indeed made you a delegate, you won't be able to see their travel preferences. If you are their travel arranger, you can sign in to your account, click Profile and then select the radio button that says A Delegate for another user...
Although it does say Delegate, this is how you would access the account of someone who has made you a travel arranger. Once you have switched profiles, use the Profile Settings option.
