Rental Car Damage in Most Preferred Vendor

I rented a car in a Most Preferred Vendor (Enterprise) in Geneva Airport, Switzerland.

The car had medium damages at pick-up, stated in the checkout document.

My time with the car was normal, without any incident.

The drop-off check was done after I left. I only received the check-in document afterwards. There, the vendor claimed two small scratches, and an exorbitant amount for repair.

I have pictures of the pick-up moment, where one of these scratches were captured (at the time they were unnoticed, and could easily be considered normal car use). With this evidence, I claimed to the vendor that these damages were already present before I pick-up the car. I showed my evidences of this, but the vendor refuses to refund the total amount. The vendor also refuses to show evidences that this damages were not pre-existant.

How can I officially notify Concur of this, and hopefully solve this issue?

Thank you.

@432946 this isn't something SAP Concur handles. This is between your company and the rental car agency. SAP Concur is simply a booking tool. We are not a travel agency or an intermediary between renters and rental car agencies.
