Name printed on plane ticket does not match passport and prevents online checkin

Hello,

My full name as shown in the Concur profile is (first) Marcos (middle) Pini  (last) Franca. When a plane ticket is issued,  Concur issues as Marcospini Franca. However the name as printed in the passport is name: Marcos, last name: Pini Franca. Thus when I use automated checkin processes, it does not recognize the name as issued by Concur and does not allow me to check in. Is there anyway the profile can be set up to show the correct name on plane tickets/reservations? Tks

@mfranca I would recommend calling your company's travel agency since they are ultimately responsible for Ticketing all airfare.
