Solved: Concur travel - Jambojet missing as carrier

Hello,

I am not able to see flights by Jambojet (low cost carrier of Kenya Airways) when searching for flights via Concur. Does anyone know why Jambojet flights are not showing, and whether there are plans to add these to Concur in the future?

@drhughes it might be that your company has implemented travel rules that prevent this carrier from appearing in your searches. SAP Concur can only return flights that are: 1. Published by the airlines and part of the GDS your company uses and 2. flights that meet your company's criteria or rules.

So, this question is best asked of those at your company who are your SAP Concur site administrators.
