Unable to change flights

Hello, I am trying to change one of my flights and my request gets cancelled every time. Can I please get an explanation?

Hello @JoUribe ,

 

In SAP Concur, flight changes are subject to your company’s travel policy and the ticketing status of the reservation.
If the request is being cancelled every time, the most likely explanations are that post-ticketing flight changes are not enabled for your site, the booking falls under a scenario where changes are not supported, or the change must be processed through your company’s travel agency/TMC rather than through self-service.
