Air plus ghost car vs personal car or credit card

Could you please confirm whether each traveling employee can use either their company P-Card or a personal credit card to pay for airline tickets?

if we would like to considering moving away from AirPlus and would like to understand the available alternatives. Specifically, are there any U.S.-based solutions similar to AirPlus that we could evaluate as a potential replacement? If so, please share any recommendations or options that may meet our travel payment and reconciliation requirements.

@sindu if employees have entered both a personal and company issued card on their travel profile, they should be presented an option during the booking process to choose the form of payment.

As for AirPlus alternatives from what I found you can use AMEX, VISA and MasterCard cards for a lodge/ghost card. Other than AirPlus, it looks like AMEX BTA is the next most used Ghost Card in Concur Travel.
