Unable to book flights - error code ar-40103

Hi all, as of the last month and half I am unable to book flights through concur. I can search and see them, select them and when it goes to book it give me an error code every time. I can book hotels and rental cars. Anyone else having this issue?! really need to get it resolved.

@abolt unfortunately my list of these error codes doesn't provide a resolution. For now, I would suggest calling your company's travel agency to get the booking done. 

If you know who your company's travel administrator is, I would contact them, provide the error code and have them submit a Help ticket to Concur Support for you. That way they can look at the logs to see if they can identify the issue.

This sounds like it could be related to the flight-booking portion of Concur rather than your overall account, especially since hotels and rental cars are still working. It may help to check whether the issue occurs with all airlines or only certain routes, and note the exact error code and message. Clearing the browser cache, trying another browser, or checking with your company’s Concur administrator can also help identify whether it’s an account, configuration, or booking-system issue.
