Clone a Trip or Trip Templates

Hello! Looking for an update here please. How do we find out when we will have the ability to clone a trip or create trip templates? I have 9 people that need to stay at the same hotel over the same dates. It is going to take so much time to go into Concur and do this one reservation at a time. Thank you.

Recommended solution – Step by Step

1. Check Trip Options: Navigate to Concur Travel → Trip Library and open an existing reservation. Check whether Clone Trip, Copy Trip, or a similar option is available.
2. Verify Feature Availability: Ask your Concur Travel Administrator whether trip duplication or templates are supported in your company's current Travel experience.
3. Contact Your TMC: For nine travelers staying at the same hotel on identical dates, request a coordinated hotel group booking.Use Travel Arranger Access: If supported, an authorized arranger can book for multiple travelers, although individual reservations may still be required.
4. Request Enhancement: Submit a feature request to SAP Concur for trip cloning and reusable travel templates.

Latest update — October 2026

SAP Concur Community confirmed on June 22, 2026, that a feature tentatively called Repeat Trip was on the roadmap for Q4 2026. However, an exact release date has not been confirmed.

SAP's July 2026 documentation also states that trip cloning and templates are not supported for reservations created in the New Concur Travel Experience.

Recommendation: Ask your TMC to arrange the nine hotel reservations together, while maintaining individual traveler confirmations.
