One or more required fields are missing from your profile. Please contact your travel administrator

I'm using concur to book travel for the first time. I've picked my flights, but I can't hit the "Book and Continue" button because I have a red error at the top of the page that says "One or more required fields are missing from your profile. Please contact your travel administrator". I don't see any fields that show error messages. I have no idea what fields are missing from my profile or how to find what these missing fields are. But I need to book travel for work. How do I find the missing fields?

Hello @new2allofthis ,

 

Concur requires all mandatory profile fields to be completed before allowing a booking. Some of these fields may not be immediately visible or may be located in less obvious sections.

 

What I would do is the following:

  • Go to the profile: Profile > Profile Settings > Personal Information.
  • Review the entire page by scrolling to the bottom.
  • Complete personal details: full name exactly as shown on the official document.
  • Verify contact information: include at least one valid phone number.
  • Check the email address.
  • Complete flight security details: date of birth and gender.
  • Review the passport or visa section: add the information or indicate that no passport is available.
  • Complete work or home address as required.
  • Add an emergency contact if necessary.
  • Save the changes and try again.

Possible additional issues:

  • Required fields not clearly marked.
  • Formatting errors in certain fields.
  • Required information that can only be completed by an administrator.

If the issue persists after completing all fields, it is necessary to contact your company’s Concur administrator or technical support, as there may be restricted mandatory fields or system errors.
