Ticketed Travel Itineraries - No longer receiving

I've noticed in the past week that I receive Concur confirmations but not Ticketed Itinerary emails.  Has a change been made to concur to stop the confirmation emails to be generated?

@jeiseman245 have you tried asking your company's travel agency? I would give that a try and see if they can tell you anything. They are the ones who fulfill all bookings.

My travel agents don't work with Concur, however my agency is escalating the issue.
