Reservations show as Private Appointment on Calendar

Whenever I book a trip for my executive, afterwards it shows up as "Private Appointment" on his Outlook calendar.  He shares his calendar with me, and it shows up normally on mine, with all the reservation details, flights, etc., but not on his.  Is there a way to fix this?

Users will need to follow the steps below to modify their calendar options:

1. Log onto the web version of Outlook 365
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Go to Calendar > Events from email

Two options will appear:
Don’t add events to my calendar from email
Automatically add events to my calendar from email.

1. Uncheck the box of ‘Mark events as private so only I can see them'. (if they want to unhide and share the calendar even to other employee). 
2. Select Save

Hello, this started happening to me with my own calendar and my executive's. I followed the instructions but I guess my executive has to do the same, otherwise I will see his Concur travel appointments still as private.

@calvoir Outlook doesn't fall under my area of expertise, but if I was to guess, your exec should do the same.
