Flight numbers not appearing in Concur search (UA798 / UA2064)

Hi everyone,

I’m new in my role and still getting up to speed on our travel booking process in Concur. I’m trying to book travel for leadership and ran into an issue: when I search by flight number, the specific United flights I need (UA798 on 1/11 from Denver to Dulles, and UA2064 on 1/13 from Dulles to Denver) don’t appear in Concur.

I’ve tried searching by flight number directly, but nothing pulls up. Has anyone else run into this? Is there a known limitation with flight numbers, or should I be searching by route/time instead?

Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated as I’m learning the system.

@TerrenceM So, I had to ask about this. When you initially enter your flight search details, you cannot search by flight number. However, once the flight search results screen appears, you can refine the search from the results screen by flight number. See screenshot.

Thanks, Kevin — I appreciate the clarification on where to refine by flight number. I did try that, but unfortunately the specific United flights I need still don’t appear in the results:

• UA798 – Sunday, Jan 11, Denver → Dulles, departs 3:47 PM

• UA2064 – Tuesday, Jan 13, Dulles → Denver, departs 10:02 AM

Could this be related to contracted inventory or fare class restrictions in our company’s Concur setup? If so, what’s the best path to get these flights booked — should I escalate through our TMC, or is there another workaround?
