Multi-segment trip missing non-stop flights

I needed to book a trip from EWR to SEA, then from SEA to MSP, then from MSP to RIC. Once I inputted the dates and and cities into Concur the flight options were presented and the option to choose "nonstop" was greyed out even though there were several nonstop options from ERW to SEA.

The only way to get the nonstop flight was to separate the trip into individual one way trips.

@greaper were you selecting the same airline for all legs of the trip or were you mixing and matching airlines?

I didn't even get a chance to select the same airline because in the first segment it did not allow me to choose Nonstop. As you can see from this screen capture, it is greyed out.

When I just look at as a one way trip, EWR to SEA on the same day, there are 7 nonstop flights listed.
