jetBlue does not show up as an available airline option

When traveling from Richmond VA to Boston MA jetBlue does not appear as an option even though they fly everyday direct between the 2 cities.

@greaper have you previously selected JetBlue in Concur Travel for travel between these two cities or are you booking for the first time in Concur Travel? I'm asking because if it is your first time booking in Concur Travel, it might be that your company doesn't consider JetBlue a preferred airline and has blocked them from being visible in the search.

jetBlue used to show up before the last major Concur update.  jetBlue is totally considered a preferred airline with our company.
