Known flight available through carrier website and not available through Concur

Hello,

I am wondering why a flight is not available through concur, and if there is a way to bypass this.  I know there is a non stop flight available to this location on the carrier website. However I cannot find it through concur. In Concur, the only way to get to the destination is by taking a flight with several layovers that takes almost an entire day, when the actual flight is only 1.5 hrs.  Any suggestions?

@lgalerio I would suggest calling your company's travel agency. Your company might have some travel rules put into place that aren't allowing that flight to appear.

Thank you,

Hello @lgalerio,

If you are trying to pin-point a particular flight but are unable to find it, it is best to narrow your time range by using the time sliders in the calendar pop up (either in the initial search or from Edit Search).   Keeping your time preferences broad will focus on returning the best fares across the entire time range while looking for the best flight itineraries.  Kind of the best of both searching by schedule and searching by price and in most cases it will respond with the types of itineraries that you are looking for.  But sometimes a specific flight may have a higher fare due to high demand that keeps it out of the result set because the search is able to find so many other price competitive itineraries.  In this case, reducing your time preference around the desired flight time will most likely return that flight, regardless of the fare amount.

I hope that helps!  If not, let me know what you are looking for and I can take a look at why it is missing.
