Help Needed – Concur/Umbrella Interface Setup

Hi everyone,

We’re reaching out in hopes that someone can help us. We've been trying for weeks to set up an interface between Umbrella and Concur to enable profile synchronization between the two systems.

Unfortunately, we’re stuck in a loop: Concur tells us that we need to provide an APP ID, but Umbrella says that this APP ID must come from Concur. We’re getting nowhere, and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating — especially since our company is about to go live and we’re just being bounced back and forth without any real support.

Has anyone here experienced a similar issue? If so, we’d be incredibly grateful for any advice or tips you can share. We appreciate any help!

@CONVIE Hello there. I posted a question internally about this. I've not heard of Umbrella and I didn't find it on our Partner Applications so I'm trying to see if anyone I know has experience with Umbrella or not. 

 

I would be frustrated as well, with the "it's not an us issue, it's them" statements. 🙂

@CONVIE do you remember which team at Concur you spoke with? I was asking someone about this and the team at SAP Concur you should have been in contact with is our Web Services team. From what my colleague told me, if there isn't an already existing App to interface Umbrella with SAP Concur, our Web Services team would create the app, then provide Umbrella with the app ID, client and secret.
