@Edye6 hello there. This site isn't where you do your travel bookings. You need to have an SAP Concur profile (not the profile you created on this site) to sign in at: www.concursolutions.com. Here you can do your business travel bookings.
I looked up your email address and did find that you have a profile created. If you haven't ever signed in to SAP Concur before, then you likely will need to reset your password. This article will show you how: How Do I Reset My SAP Concur Password?
On Step 2 in the article where it says to enter your username, this will be your company email address.
