Title: Update on Adding a Profile Picture to User Profiles in Concur
Hello Concur Community,
I’m looking for an update on the current or planned ability for users to add or update a profile picture within Concur.
At this time, it appears that users do not have the option to upload or manage a profile photo directly in their Concur profile. This would be a valuable enhancement, particularly for organizations that rely on Concur for frequent approvals, audits, and collaboration across teams. Having a visible profile picture could help with:
- Easier identification of employees during approval workflows
- Improved user experience and personalization
- Better clarity for approvers and delegates in large organizations
I’m interested in understanding:
- Whether this functionality already exists but is limited by configuration or role
- If there are any roadmap plans to support profile pictures in the future
- Whether profile images could potentially sync from an identity provider (such as Azure AD or another SSO source)
If this feature is not currently planned, I’d appreciate guidance on whether there is an enhancement request already logged or the best way to formally submit one.
