Are banner ads still available?

I recall that I used to be able to add a "banner ad" at the top of the Home Page or in other strategic areas to drive customer behavior towards a certain airline or other vendor. Is that still possible?

Thank you!

@CEL22 you can use the Company Notes section for this. As far as I understand it, the banners you see are ones SAP Concur puts there and are not customizable. I could be wrong though. 🙂

Thank you,

Thanks for getting back to me Kevin. I used to be able to add banner ads in order to drive compliance. The Company Notes section gets too cluttered. I appreciate your help!

Hi CEL22, did you resolve your problem? There should be other options aside from Company Notes. For example, I've recently added an airline's banner to the airfare search results page.

Hello! Thank you for your response! I did not resolve my problem to what I believe to be the ideal solution. I would like to hear how you were able to add the airline banner - that is what I was looking for!

Maybe there are different levels of admin rights that determine what you have access to. Under "Travel Admin", see if you have access to "Travel Rule Builder". If so, then you would add a rule using a template for Airfare Shop Results Message. From there, you would see many options to select what exactly would trigger your message to show. For example, if you have a United banner, it could be triggered whenever search results contain United.

After you create the rule, basically you would need to go to your Travel Policy, scroll down until you find the rule and activate it, entering the image and link, and selecting "Display Inline" as the action to take when the rule is triggered. Let us know how it works out for you.
