Adding New Passport

I am trying to add a new passport into Concur, but it is not accepting Passport place Issued (City, State).  I have tried leaving blank / London / HMPO, but think it thinks I am USA and so insisting on 2 letter state code or 3 letter province code. It will not let me save it until this field is completed.

My language setting is English (United States) in the Settings - however there is no option for English (United Kingdom) so this is the only option.  Not sure if this is causing the issue with the above..

Any ideas please?

Hi @FrankV1 ,

In this community post, they have the same issue and solve it by unchecking the emergency contact: State/province error - SAP Concur Community
Could you try?

hello @FrankV1 ,

I have en‑US set as my language, I entered the fields as shown in the image:
I left field "Passport Place Issued" blank.

and I was able to save it.

If it doesn’t work for you when left field "Passport Place Issued"  blank, try entering “UK”:

Hi CJ

Unfortunately I have tried numerous times with different options and it does not save.  Leaving blank, UK, GBR - non of these options allow me to save.  I have an existing passport saved in there (now expired) and when I click on the bin icon, it also gives me the same message - us2.concursolutions.com says your profile cannot be saved (same reason the value in State/ Province field is not valid.  I have since logged out and in again on different days and same issue.

Can you edit the old passport info to update it to the current info?  maybe it is thinking you are trying to have two passports?

Hi CJ

It turned out that my Work Address had an invalid State/Province in the field, and so once I had left this blank, it then resolved the error.  Basically look at Work / Home / Emergency contacts and ensure that none of the addresses have anything in the State/Province field.  Until this is resolved then you can't continue to e.g. add new Passport.

My passport details are now updated!

Thank you for your support
