Can't book travel Error Code GDS-20904

Yesterday and this morning I am unable to book any form of travel (Air, hotel). I can see the flights but when I select to purchase, I get:

Error Code: GDS‑20904

Correlation ID: 0c99ef48-b1b7-4cb7-aa4e-a7f45d231375

I was able to book through the company travel agency but not concur. Please help!

@ToddMacKay here is what I found as a possible solution. Provide this to your travel agency. If they aren't able to resolve it, see if they can submit a Help ticket to Concur Support for you.
