Field value is not duplicated in other records

Is there a way to ensure that a specific field value is not duplicated in other records. Are we able to make a field value unique.

Hi @nmagalhaes ,

In invoice module, there is no way to check whether any specific field value is getting repeated/duplicated in other records as there is no data object available to write such type of conditions in audit rule.

However, we have standard duplicate check rule for invoice module, which has 3 checks on standard fields: 

• Vendor name,
• Invoice number
• invoice date or invoice amount

You can use this rule if needed.
