Unable to access Partner Service Desk

Hi,

starting from today the PSD website https://sapconcur.force.com/Partners/ is invalid:

Hi  @KevinD I'm getting exactly the same error (since Friday - also).
Indeed a strange thing happen, in the same Friday, the system apparently, back to work and then, in the end of day (till the current moment) we back to face same error and by now, we are unable to access Partner Sales Force (and a I have a lot of cases to answer).

Here it goes the url: sapconcur.force.com/Partners/login

I'll be waiting for your inputs,

Hi @manu_zaga , @onorio-neto ,

 

We are also getting the same error, however as per my observations that error is coming only at the time of logging out. Rest of the functionalities are working fine. 

This might be happening because of recent SAP Concur support portal design changes which was supposed to release on October 18th but not yet available. This is just my assumption based on previous month release notes. Attaching link for your further reference.

 

I think it will get automatically resolved in next few days.

Also, note that, while logging out system is taking to the wrong URL and giving that error which has sapconcur.force.com. After getting error, to load PSD login page, you can close the existing tab and copy the same URL which is given above.

Hi @KevinD 

 

Thanks for ask... indeed not, but we realized that indeed the url has changed and the new url is normal working: Login | Partners
Notes: We still getting that strange message when we sign-out the system, but, of course, this is not a big deal (I guess this is something that they need to update in the setting, and set the logout page to be the same as the new login url).
