Reports for all spending by employee

I'd like to create a report that can give me all spending by a specific employee.

@SFuentes Hello! I am not sure if this is the exact report you are looking for, but you can try this:

To get the detailed wise spend of an Employee :

• Login to Concur Travel and Expense

• Click Reporting > Analysis/Intelligence

• Click Public Folders

• Click Intelligence/Analysis - Standard Reports

• Click Expense Processing 

• Click Expense Entry Analysis Details (grouped by Employee)

This report provides detailed spending information grouped by employee and then by expense type

Hi @SFuentes sometimes you can open Cognos but you don't have the necessary permissions assigned. For example if you want to extract data from employees that belong to Italy but you just have permission for Portugal you won't see that information.  If you are the site administrator you can check if you have the right permissions following the steps below: 

1- HOME--> under ADMINISTRATION-->COMPANY ADMIN-->and under User Administration go to USER PERMISSIONS.

2-in the Reporting Tab you can type your login id/name/email or other options to check if you have the right permission. Normally the site Administrators has Cognos Professional Author.
