Reappearing Receipts under "Available Receipts" section in Concur

Hello my new Concur Community!  Often, receipts that I have previously removed from Available Receipts will reappear at a later date in the Available Receipts section.  This causes extra time to double check I have previously addressed it (ie. previously attached it to a report, or deleted it).  Does anyone else experience this reoccurring issue?  What is triggering this?  How do I prevent it?  Thanks so much!

@CareyT I've never come across this issue. I would suggest getting a support ticket submitted so our Support team can look into this. If you know the person at your company that is the SAP Concur site admin, you can have them submit the support ticket for you. If you aren't sure who that is, look in the Company Notes section on the SAP Concur home screen to see if there is any help contact information listed.

If none of those options work to find the correct person, let me know.
