Personal Gas milage error

WBS Elem is prohibit for GL posting(5000) |

This is the error I received when I submitted my Personal Gas milage. Does anyone know what this means? I have asked my supervisor and we are trying to figure this out.

i believe this is triggered in your ERP, either being SAP or another provider, take a look with accounting team. looks like you are billing in a project and this element is closed for new postings, so, they should open it to accomodate your bill OR you should ask concur admin a way to change your report to bill elsewhere. let me know if this is the case

This error was the result of an incorrect charge number.
