No keyboard provided to enter credentials?

I’ve installed the app on my iPad. I was locked out after missing my PW several times. After waiting the 24 lock-out hours, I’m ready to try again. This issue is when I am prompted to enter my user name and PW, no keyboard is available to type this in. Any suggestions?

@Dms1189 I would try rebooting the iPad, then try again.
