@o014094 the only way you can speak to someone directly at Concur Support is if your company has our User Support Desk service. I won't be able to tell if you do or not, but I'm pretty good at answering/helping with questions.
Give me a try. If I don't know the answer, I can always ask colleagues for help. I promise, I'm way less frustrating that trying to find a phone number. 🙂
