Incorrect Mileage

Hi Concur Support Team,

I'm reaching out regarding an issue with my Daily Commute mileage, which impacts my personal vehicle mileage expenses in Concur. Until recently, my Daily Commute was calculated at 6.5 miles, as shown in the attached screenshot. However, it now reflects 9.9 miles, which results in an additional 6.8 miles and reduces my daily expense reimbursement by approximately $4.25.

After investigating, I found that the calculated “red line” route for my Daily Commute cannot be adjusted manually within Concur. Although I have reached out to Google Support, they confirmed that they cannot modify individual routes in Google Maps.

Would it be possible to have the system select a different commute option? For instance, the second route suggested by Google Maps accurately reflects my actual Daily Commute and would correct this discrepancy.

Since this impacts my daily reimbursement, I would appreciate any guidance on resolving this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to working together to reach a solution.

@brianesteban hello Brian. Just wanted to first say thanks for stopping by the Community. I feel I should clarify that while you can use this Community to get Support, we are not actually part of the Concur Support team. We have other avenues for contacting support, so I wanted to just make sure anyone else who reads this threads knows that posting here on the Community is not actually contacting our Support team. 

Now, having said that, I would say that if Google is showing an alternate route that does reflect the correct commute, to select that. See if that will work for you. 🙂
