@I0469041 When it comes to payments, only someone from your company's Finance or Accounting department can answer that question. Not all of our customers' reimbursements/payments are made the same way and on the same schedule.
As an SAP Concur employee, all I can see is the current payment status of your report, and that is all. I agree that almost one month is too long for a payment to be made, but without asking your Finance/Accounting department, I cannot answer that question.
