Expense approved but payment not received

My claim was approved in the month of May, however i am still not getting the credit

You should check with your direct manager or the accounting department at your company. Repayment is different at every company and they will be the ones who have more information for you. It's possible they are still processing the reimbursement, or maybe they need additional banking information from you in order to send it.
