Email reminder

Hi all

Has anyone ever set email reminder using statement date? We had employee that hold corporate amex and citibank card. Amex cut off at 29th and citibank cut off at 26th. Is there a way to set an email reminder on 11th to send out if they did not submit their previous month statement?
