@Ligia I checked your account. I see that there was an expense report created named "August Expenses (08/01/2021). It has two expenses listed for Lyft. Did you pay for these on your AMEX card?
You have a feature turned on called Expense Assistant. What this does is takes card transactions that have come in and places them on an expense report that it creates for you. It is possible you don't see the transactions under Available Expenses because the system placed them on an expense report for you.
Do you have more than these two expenses on your AMEX statement that you feel should be showing in SAP Concur?
