City error in expenses

I am trying to enter Edinburgh, Scotland as the city for an expense report and it doesn't come up in the search and it won't save if I type it in manually. So I am getting the error icon that I didn't put in a city, but it won't let me. I have turned my computer off and on. I have cleared the cookies to see if that would work. I don't know what else to do.

@WoodRose is this for your report or someone else's? I ask because I see you have two reports that were already extracted for payment and no others that are currently open.

It's for someone else I have tried to do an expense report, but it is happening for Toronto.

It is listed under Edinburgh, UNITED KINGDOM instead of Scotland.

it doesn't come up at all. even when I just put in Edinburgh by itself.

That is odd.  These are the dynamic search results when I type in Edinburgh.

Also check that you're searching for all countries (drop-down arrow next to the globe symbol).

Are there more search results after 'Edinburgh, Australia' if you scroll down?  If not, I'm fresh out of ideas sorry.
