Cannot log into Concur. SSO doesn't appear. Username and password recovery sends no email.

Anyone ever seen this?

Administrative and local IT folks say it's a Concur problem, but apparently their support hasn't helped identify the problem.

@danemalone are you clicking an internal link that should sign you in or are you going to www.concursolutions.com? 

What steps are you taking to get signed in? Can you provide the details please?

Have tried both ways.  My IT administrator even sent a third link to try and it goes straight to the error message I quoted.

Never mind.  Whatever the issue was, it has been resolved.  I'm still curious, but have a long list of other things to get done today.  Thanks
