@tiacobb2000 the system does not allow for selecting the company credit card payment type. It is by design and that payment type only appears for company card transactions that upload into a user's SAP Concur account.
If you send me a private message with the employee's first and last name I can take a look. As of now, it doesn't sound like the card transaction as come into his account yet. When did he make this purchase?
