Blurry receipt images.

Help. One of my employees submitted an expense report and attached images of receipts that illegible. This has happened in the past. 

any ideas what setting are on her iphone, her iPad, or computer that could contribute to this issue recurrence?

@dolberdi maybe she has the setting on her camera app set to Portrait or something that is not the normal Photo option. Also, she might be moving her hand a bit when taking the picture. Those are the only two things I can think of that would cause the blurriness.

Similar issue to dolberdi, my Samsung Galaxy camera worked great, but iPhone 14 Pro Max camera images (if using camera in Concur App) are blurry.

I have to take a picture, save to photos then upload to Concur and go back and delete.  Camera works fine on every other app
