Approval Escalations

Is there a way to set up the approval workflow where if the approver has not approved by the expiration date (expire after this many days) that it will escalate but only once?  We would like the escalation to occur, but don't want things escalating up beyond 1 approver.  Thank you.

@swessels I don't think this is possible because the auto-escalate for the workflow is in the Workflow General Settings and not in the actual steps themselves. 

How many manager approval steps do you have in your workflow?

Our approval workflow goes to our AI auditor (AppZen)

Then to a Cost Object Approver (if applicable)

Then to the Manager

Then to the Processor
