App Issues

Hello,

 

I'm hearing from some users that they're unable to see their past reports on the app. I'm also hearing that after taking pictures of receipts with ExpenseIt, it's not uploading the data correctly?

 

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there an app update?

@ajmotyka users should be running app version 10.13.0. I think this is a fairly recent version.

Hi Kevin,

I just went into my App store and confirmed I'm using 10.13.0. There was an  option to "update" which I did. When I went back into the app and clicked on Report History under the 3 dots in the upper right corner, it says I have no reports. I could see them before the update. Please advise. Thanks!

@ajmotyka @KevinD Hello.  What your users are currently experiencing is a new known issue is currently under investigation with our teams.  My recommendation would be to have your Concur Admin open a case so it gets attached to the investigation and you will receive updates.

We are seeing the same issue. Web version is working fine, but App shows nothing in Report History. Do you know when this will be fixed?
